By offering options like flexible working hours and remote work, we aim to create a supportive work environment that enables our employees to achieve a harmonious work-life balance.

Based on the actual workplace requirements, we have implemented flexible working arrangements with options such as flextime with designated core hours and super flextime without designated core hours. Employees are at liberty to choose when their work hours begin and end.

With company approval, employees may work remotely or in satellite offices, enabling a flexible work style that is not limited by location.

Childbirth / Child Care Leave

Childbirth / Child Care Leave

Parents are entitled to childbirth/child care leave until the day before their child's second birthday. This leave of absence can be taken at once or be divided among two periods of time. Fathers are also eligible for paternity leave (childbirth leave) in addition to childcare leave. In special circumstances, parental leave can be extended up to a total of three years, until the child reaches elementary school, with the company's approval.

Reduced Work Hours for Child Care, Elderly Care

We provide the flexibility of reduced work hours for employees who have children in elementary school or are responsible for the full-time care of elderly family members. They have the option to reduce their daily work hours by up to 2 hours. With additional approval from the company, they can choose to work a 4 hour day.

Other Privilages/ Policies

Various types of leave: Annual paid leave available in half-day increments, support leave (available in half-day or hourly increments), special leave for events such as marriage, childbirth, mourning, official duties, disaster, and relocation. We also provide refreshment leave, childcare leave (partially paid), caregiving leave (partially paid), infertility treatment leave (partially paid), maternal health management leave (partially paid), additional leave for nursing, caregiving, infertility treatment, and volunteering (unpaid), personal sick leave (partially paid), personal sick leave with leave of absence, caregiving leave of absence, and life events leave of absence.
