Business casual is the standard dress code at our workplace, where employees have the freedom to dress in the attire of their choice. Whether it is opting for a suit or something else, everyone is encouraged to dress in ways that compliment their work styles and demands.

Free Address Seating

Flexible seating arrangements, or "free address seating" rules are set in place. As the name suggests, employees are not assigned fixed seats or desks. This not only enhances flexibility but also fosters opportunities for cross-departmental interaction and encourages active communication between teams.

We have a range of amenities installed on company grounds to enhance the well-being and work-life balance of our employees. An employee cafeteria, along with a generously sized bathhouse which utilizes the residual heat generated from our production processes, can also be found on site. To ensure employees have time to relax outside of work, they are permitted access to off-site company owned facilities such as a resort, sports ground, and BBQ area.

Completed in 2021, the Kashima Dormitory is just a mere 5-minute walk from the Omachi plant and a short 3-minute walk from the nearest train station (Minami-Omachi Station). With easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores, it offers exceptional convenience for daily living.
Individual dorm rooms are fully equipped with a private bath, toilet, and kitchen, ensuring each resident has their own personal space. We have also created shared spaces and a cafeteria to encourage social interactions among residents and to foster a friendly and welcoming environment.
